Helvetia is built.

Architect: Schlesinger, Sebastian & Albert Geiger. Designed in the Queen Anne/ Romanesque styles, it is located at 706 – 712 Huntington Avenue. The Helvetia subsequently becomes the Peter Bent Hotel and Dinner Bell Restaurant and serves as a nurses’ residence the 1960s and 1970s.
